BAD SERVICE

I have received an sms stating this morning my loan has been approved and will be paid out. However after I spoke with their customer care the lady informed me she can not give me a date as to when this will be done. I don't understand how this works. People apply for loans for specific reasons. And I am now starting to distrust this company. I would like this matter sort
ed out asap. This is the worst service I have experienced ever.
