What about my excess

A COMPANY car bumped me from behind. A clear cut simple case. Other driver admit it was their fault. They had insurance and they have agreed to settle once they receive the invoice of the repairs. It is now two months and the legal division of discovery is telling me they haven't heard anything from the company. Im sure discovery is better than this.

I hope they will follow up more aggressively on behalf of their clients and not give a simple response like' we have heard nothing from the other party' that's why you have a legal department.

What legal processes will discovery follow. After all you are paid to act on behalf of us.
