I cannot express the gratitude, amazement and respect for the Capitec Branch Fourways staffers Kyle Lundell and Thato Supiang, who were not only helpful, professional, empathetic, understanding, patient and knowledgeable and very present in this case, they managed to crack and add much needed assistance and closure to the 8 year long case that keep me captive, paralyzed time wise and anguished inside.
