Particular transactions pertinent to PayPal: R 21, 274.93 on 24th June 2013 & R 8, 224.29 on 29th June 2013 were outrightly whilst using my BarclayCard as the selller never delivered on stock and has proceeded to claim otherwise even though NO tracking number nor attempts to prove otherwise have been provided. Even though it was a task in the first place with ABSA Disputes to have the charges reversed as per a prior complaint on hellopeter, they now assign Francinah Buda to mess it up further. Clients such as myself can't email her directly, no reference is provided and I have to do her job effectively. Her Supervisor is no-one to be found either. Phonecalls do not suffice nor allow tracking of a complaint!

Let me make this clear and legally transparent so anyone can understand this issue: has been perpetrated on my BarclayCard for both above-mentioned tranactions and as agreed in our credit card agreement, this will be covered by ABSA and not be rendered to a decision of a third party bank nor intermediary nor untrained employees.

Have this issue corrected with my credit card agreement emailed to me for further review by the NCR (as deemed necessary).
