Part of a swindling scheme?

I tried to buy a camcorder from a business called Best Cameras in Kimberley. The amount was transferred from my Capitec account to their Capitec account (1358243628), but I never received my goods. I went to a branch at Flora Centre on tuesday to get the funds reversed. The consultant told me the account was empty, spoke to someone on the telephone, gave me a reference number (9704821) and told me to report it to the police.

When I got to the police station, they took one look at the invoice and without any explanation, refused to open a case.

This same "business" also makes use of a "courier company", Simply Courier, also with a Capitec account (1359860914) and probably also part of the swindling team.

With all these facts, I've started wondering if someone at Capitec bank is not part of this entire swindling scheme...
