The response that I recieved from Sharon Motau

Sharon was so friendly when assisting me with the cancellation of my insurance. She knew her story and explained everything to me regarding the cancellation and the fact that if I want to rejoin the insurance, I can use the same policy as long as it is within six months of canellation. She also made me understand that I am still covered untill twelve o'clock midnight end of September 2013. I feel if all the representatives of different insurance companies ca be like Sharon, South Africa will be a better place to take inusrances with people understanding the services that they are paying better.
