FNB does injustice to clients, inferior Security

If you can believe the bad service from a bank, FNB failed to solve the issue of client information. The only response received was from Celeste Kruger to my original complaint on HelloPeter. no further correspondence was received. Is this the bank that holds your funds, can you trust a bank like this? It is almost a year ago that my funds were removed from my account, i may have only lost a small amount, but what about those people that have lost more than R100k. I suppose I should not complain as they could not my health!!!
