Credite Crad arrangement

Hi

My problem is similar to franky's one and the worse part i've been paying for 3yrs and they can't pick it up.

Last year August i went to Absa Eastrand Mall they lady phoned credite card division to confirm my settle/balance and response was R5900. This year 29 Aug 2013 i went to two different branches and my balance is stil R5900.

I need someone from absa who can help me personal in PRETORIA i have all proof.

Pls help i will highly appreciate it.
