I arrived to have my vehicle assessed. I was early, and when I arrived I was greeted by my name and this surprised me (pleasantly). I did not have to do anything. When he had finished his process and I went to leave and I mentioned that the coffee in the machine tasted like soap he offered me a mint chewing gum to take the taste away. It was a pleasant experience.
