Poor service and premium deductions

I have been with FNB for years&have tolerated their poor service long enough. First they contacted me to upgrade my account - after spending 45 minutes on the phone confirming everything&arranging for the new card to be delivered, they now claim to know nothing about the call. Even after giving them the reference number, the couldn't trace the call &say I have to start the process all over again.
I went into the branch at the Grove&what poor service I got there - they only have 2 consultants to assist clients on month-end Saturday&when you complain to the branch manager he says that there is nothing that he can do - it is like that every weekend where people are queuing outside the door. They should learn from the other banks and have someone on the floor to assist you.
Now they also deduct an extra premium on my car loan for outstanding debt but the loan has never been in arrears&they determined the installment. I am tired of them just deducting charges of your account.
I also received an sms to say the benefits on my account was reviewed&my funeral cover has been discontinued - but I never had cover. They don't know what they are doing. Maybe it is time to switch to another bank
