Decided to move from insurer last night, mainly due to a high excess plus high premuim, but also due to a no vote of confidence on customer service from my then" current" insurer. Wanted to see what King Price was all about. Mr. Makuke from the call centre made contact with me in a matter of minutes and it was smooth sailing from thereon. Just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service received and the professional manner in which you handeled my application. I joined King Price and actually feel like I have made a great decision. Saving on both excess and premuim. Thank you again and hope to enjoy a mutually beneficial relationship going forward.
