Robbed at ATM

My card was at the ATM. All my money was withdrawn and my account was put into overdraft as well. The bank is now only prepared to put the overdraft money which is R1500-00 back into my account and not the rest which was R3500-00. The very same person withdraw all those funds. I also sent a email to the Oubadsman of the Banks, but have still had no reply.
