BAD SERVICE-CAN"T GET MONEY FROM OVERPAMENT BACK

I am so frustrated with the service from Wesbank. I have been trying for 14 days to obtain a refund of an amount of R250.00 which was paid into my wesbank account in February by myself via an eft payment. This amount reduced my balance by R250.00. When the final debit order went off on the 20th August it did not take this R250 into account, this leaving a credit balance of R261.08. I have been trying to have this money paid back to me for the past 14 days. I have spoken to 4 different agents and have been fed different stories. my first conversation was with Lavern. Second was with a really rude male. The third was with Chadwin who promised the world and delivered nothing, when i asked him for a reference he told me that i did not need one i could just use his name. Well surprise he was not in today. I spoke to another agent Reshica who told me she has requested a manual reversal. sent me a email to confirm this but there is NO Ref number this it left blank. Oh now they want me to produce proof of payment that was made 7 months ago which i don't have. The payment is clearly stated on the wesbank statement I have now repeated my storey to 4 different agents. whats going on Wesbank?
