Nombuso Mvubu restored my confidence about big organisation call centres, in such a way that was very efficient. What I (11928730) even liked was that while I waiting for her to generate my documents, she made my wait pleasurable and before I knew it I received her email and I was able to finalize the deal with the dealer.

Her words that stuck in me were, "she wishes she had an elder brother that would help her as I was helping my sister but she has faith in that one day she will be rewarded for her hard work". That to me talked about a person who wants to perceiver in life in order to achieve great thing.
