Waiting for Ucount sms pin for almost a month

I called Ucount call centre on tuesday the 6th August to activate my
> card but they said it's been activated and I must wait for the sms as
> a confirmation for activation and it also have a pin that I must use
> every time I use it. I waiting for that sms until Thursday when I
> decided to call again to find out what was happening, the lady that
> assisted me wrote down my details and promise to call back in an
> hour's time. It's the 12th today and I am still waiting for the card
> activation.

i have sent Siyanda the above email and her response was as follows

"We are sorry to hear that we're not living up to your expectations.

We are still trying to fix your card problem you will be receiving your pin number shortly".
on the 21 August. i have sent another email on the 23rd and she responded with the same answer.
