Service Delivery Stinks - Disgusted

FNB have been absolutely atrocious in their service deliver over the last 3 months. But to top it all off, I'm currently hanging on with the line, because according to Monica, I gave the insurance comp permission and this cannot be stopped/reversed through the call centre. I HAVE TO GO TO A BRANCH! Is the whole idea not that you can bank from anywhere and anytime?

Last month I had this issue where I've cancelled my life policy with my insurance company, but it didn't go through, that happened twice now. When I phoned the line last time, I was informed that if I have proof that I've requested for the policy to be cancelled they can reverse it and block it.

I couldn't find my cancellation form, so I thought I'll fight the fight with the insurance company first.

One month later the money is deducted off my account! Call line to be informed that they can't do anything about it. Absolute BS! FNB is really following ABSA in their service delivery!!!

I spoke to Monica Chokwe, I asked to speak to a manager, Monica put me on hold for nearly 10 minutes!!! To come back and tell me that her Team Leader (Gervais Pogenpoel) and her manager (Ronald Hmich) doesn't take calls
