False promises!! pathetic service! stay away

I was contacted by Karen from Zola World and I was promised all wonderful things! Amongst that they cover R500 per day for every day in hospital only to find out that upon requesting the claim forms that Karen never answers her phone and the people in their call centre transfers you from pillar to post! I have received a call from Caren last week whilst in hospital assuring me of the day by day stay in hospital covered!!! Is this a and how many other people is also in for a big surprise!!! Zolaworld... Ithat is if your Company exist. Paying R399 a month for what??? I will open a case of with the Ombudsman and also report you to the Financial Services Board.
