Policy update

I requested an update to Miway policy through an email. Nomsa returned my call but could not get hold of me. So she sent an sms with reference number for me to get back to her. On returning her call she offered necessary advice and clarified issues before she could come up with the quotation for the premium. She even consulted her manager on my request for a better premium.

The response time and attitude not forgetting the trouble to send an sms is hard to find in the marke these days.
