Forex blocked FNB forgot to fill details correctly

I am holding Platinum Cheque Account. I am Indian National and had provided my Passport with Temporary Residence Permit (Work Permit) details while opening my account in June-2012. I have now moved to India but still hold this account. I was trying to initiate a transfer to India but was blocked by a system error. After checking with FNB's Forex department, I was surprised to know that my Temporary residence Permit has not been filled while opening account which should have been done as my ID is an Indian Passport. Now because someone from FNB FORGOT to update my Tempoary Residence Permit details in FNB's system, my money is now blocked in that account. I had opened the account with FNB because I thought that FNB is better in terms of technology. But after this incidence, I strongly feel that FNB doesn't train its employees well. I cannot visit FNB branch as I am in India. Now when I am trying to get my details corrected through mails and expensive international calls, i have been asked to contact Forex then Branch then Premier banking, but still the details are not updated. I strongly warn people from other countries to open account with FNB because of its lazy employees.
