Fast track Paid up and Stop Lette

I got shivers down my spine when i realised that i would need help from Flemix with the above request, considering all the bad compalints and reputation they have.

I came across a very pleasant lady who is a Legal secretary Emily, that helped with emailing me a settlement letter in less than 2 minutes, i then forwarded her my proof of payment and she proceeded with sending it to finance to be allocated.

My only plea is that i need theseletters in less than that 7 days, and i know that she has prioritised my case, if anyone from Management sees this note before friday and is able to fast track it. it will be dearly appreciated.

This is a very frustrating process for most people and it would help a great deal if Flemix would train their staff so that they empathise with the customers, yes its their fault that they find themsleves in such situations but if our duty is to provide customer service then lets do so.
