SUPER SERVICE SO FAR :)

What an absolute pleasure it has been so far dealing with King Price. I first spoke to Lee Molewa who managed the process of quoting and insuring our vehicles. He was extremely pleasant and helpful. Then on Friday I had realised I made a mistake on my policy start date and a customer service advisor advised that a message will be sent for someone to call me back, well with my previous experience dealing with insurance companies after inception date I did not hold my breathe. Surprise, surprise Monique called me back :) I then explained that I was busy and could not talk and she assured me that I would be contacted again, and once again I thought I will deal with it on Monday, but again I was contacted by Monique on Friday :). Then on Sunday when reading through my policy I noticed an error and sent an email to Monique to review, this was done within 15 minutes of sending the email and the updated amended policy sent through to me AND with a follow up call. FANTASTIC SUPER SERVICE.
