Fnb quick to take money

Last night i had a debit order going off, i transfered a 1000 rand from my wifes account to make sure there is enough so the transaction would go through. It went off and showed that i have money left after the transaction went off, but an hour later it said unpaid! What kind of service is this, u are quick to take ur services fees etc but when it comes to ur customets side then u dont care! Pathetic whatever ur excuse is going to be! I want the unpaid charge back and u have to make an arrangement to transfer the money to the conpany that is unpaid!
