SETTLEMENT OF ACCOUNT

I'm trying to get my settlement amount from directaxis with no response from them. I've emailed them 15/8/2013 asking for it and I've phoned them three times already and no-one response. They say they have to work it out manually but till now nobody can give me a simple settlement amount with there banking details???
