Absa
Transfering money out of my acc without permission

I have a cheque account with Absa that has been fully paid. I have not made any movements on this acc since it has been fully paid.
Absa has just taken R26962.58 from a savings acc of mine supposedly because they think I owe them that amont--I have proof that the account is fully paid.
How can they access this without permission, discussion or valid legal reason?
I have had it with Absa!!!
I will be taking this a lot further and will demand an apology as well as all my money and interest to be paid back!!!
