No one knows whats going on!!!

The call centre is PATHETIC!! All I wanted is to change the date of a debit order! How difficult can that be??? I have been calling around and around in circles and ended up where I started! The branches are so busy, you have to stand for hours. No one knows who to call. I thought that's what general enquiries are for. FNB doesn't look so bad now
