Failing to respond

I am e-mailing Wendy Malie and not getting a response. None of the numbers for this company work. The last time I spoke she was hesistant to confirm the terms of my installment as I want to know when the garnishee order will be removed, She confirmed that my interest was paid off so it was more or less 3 months left. When I requested it in writing she could not produce this, I do not want the garnishee order to be on my payslip a month longer than it should be. Why is this company so reluctant to give written confirmation of your account? there are so many complaints like the one I have, why has this company not jacked up their customer service and assist accordingly.
