I'd like to thank Dominique for her super assistance, patience, excellence in her work and attention to detail. I was contacted by Diamondsure Life and taken through the process of how everything works regarding the insurance policy. My documents were sent to me within the time frame as promised and every detail was correct regarding the spelling of addresses and names etc. When I decided that it was of no real value to me to take out insurance on my upcoming nuptials with 3 months before the big day, I sent an email to cancel my policy with Diamondsure. I was contacted by Alex (I think short for Alexa) and we had a lovely little chat. Even though I cancelled the policy, Alex was bubbly, warm and wished us all the best for our wedding day and future together. Very professional service dealing with both these lovely ladies, and I will definitely recommend the company and product to my colleagues and friends.
