I write to you with the hope that this matter is resolved once and for all and if i dont receive any joy within the next 4days i will be taking matters further and request a banking ombudsman, x husband had taken a home loan with absa years ago and i was the co applicant, we then divorced and he had refused to sign an offer to purchase as well as pay the bond because he was bitter about the divorce and i was a housewife at the time, i dont know what happened to the house as he was not co operative and now i find out that absa has black listed me as well for that house and that itself is unfair, i was advised by my attorney that i can fill in a section 45 form which would remove me as the co applicant of the house as my x husband was the main member at the time and i was a housewife, who was not working, i will be taking matters further if this issue can not be resolved as it is affecting my career opportunities, Your speedy correspondence will be much appreciated.
