Un-Authorized debit order reversal

Yesterday i went to FNB in Belfast to dispute an illegal debit order and I must say that South Africa will be a better place if guys like Mr Ibrahim Corn were to be found all the time one needed help. He is so Friendly and he really takes his job serious and he is good at what he does.he made me feel home when i was there yesterday, i really appreciated his assistance and that of his lady colleague. Big up to them.
