On the morning of the 31st July 2013 at round about 06:45am, I was at an ABSA ATM at Green Avenue to make a withdraw, the ATM swallowed my card and while I was standing there and all of an amount of R3000 was withdrawn and a further R1000 after 10 minutes and a further R1773 from a bottle store, as I had been calling the call centre with no joy, I went to my nearest Capitec branch at Festival mall, to report the matter and as I was relaying the incident a multi loan was made while I was in the branch talking to Elrise the consultant, they stopped the transaction blocked the card and made me a new one, the logged a query ref#9132701 for which was resolved they called me and said that the person used my chip card and pin, meaning i gave my card to someone to make transactions which is unfair as R5773 of my salary is gone and I was unable to make my monthly payments on some things including school fees for my children, how am i going to survive the month with no money as Capitec refuse to help me as their loyal customer, I am not satisfied with how they are handling my problem, I even went to open a case of case number 42/8/2013, so the police can investigate.
