18% reduction in premium on re-assessment

On asking whether Outsurance can re-assess my premium in order to allow me to retain cover on smaller but still valuable assets, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Sam found a method to reduce my existing premium by 18% with no reduction in premium nor changes to the excess amounts.

Sam did this very fast and efficiently. All the paperwork was immediately updated and a new policy sent to me while I was still talking to him.
