Oneplan Health Insurance
One Plan Insurance disastererous service

After diligently paying my monthly subscription on time every month thinking my family was covered for medical Insurance to find out that One Plan NEVER allocated my monthly payments to MY portfolio and THEY decided to CANCEL my policy without informing me!! But thats not all folks... Then I send a personal letter from my private banker stating the payments made and requesting ONE PLAN to pay back my monies... WELL... 3 months later..STILL WAITING... after being promised by Thando that it will ONLY take between 7 to 14 days to do so... TICK TOCK... TICK TOCK... disappointing ONE PLAN (I have all correspondence/payments) to back up this complaint.
So lets see if Hello Peter has more influence??
