No help from absa

I reported bad service from Absa vf and received statements for all my payments i made.
according the statements my start debt was R110 000 for a car i bought for R76500. The interest was R33000 included into my repayments.
i calculated all my payments and discovered that i already payed R128000 on this car R18000 more than i should have payed for the car.
According To Absa is still need to Pay about R50000. how can that be?
i also reported the matter to the MI Onbutsman, but did not hear from them yet.
According to me i already payed in full for the car i bought.
