Service Providers are and ignored by indwe

Had a windscreen claim (first claim since being with Indwe). Went to PG Glass who did a horrid job. Contacted Indwe to rectify situation as I refused to go back to PG Glass.

Was referred to Glasfit who wasted my time and treated me unprofessionally. Again I contacted Indwe to rectify the situation by asking to be referred to National Auto Glass. This time however my requests fell on deaf ears as I was ignored (if it takes longer than 1 business day to respond to an email then that = ignoring).

So moral of the story, dont complain too much with Indwe because then you are being a nuisance and will be ignored. Well, the nuisance has cancelled his cover and now has to fork out money from his own pocket to rectify the horrid job on the windscreen.

No need to call me as damage is already done and I am no longer a customer as of tomorow (if you couldnt be bothered with feedback while I was a customer I dont expect any different when I no longer am). Just want to share my experience.
