Absa
Rubbish!

We have nothing but rubbish service from Absa in the last year. They are the worst bank we ever Banked with. We had an isseu with tracking debit orders coming of our account before our salary goes in, they of course insisted that it is not their fault but the other banks fault as they claim these debit orders to early. We are platinum members, but never ever got contacted by our personal banker in all this time, even though we placed an complain about this telephonically before. Mocca Masekoameng is the only person we ever delt with at Absa and she insited that it is not Absa fault, as she sat insisting this though they allowed this two debit orders to be payed at the same time without the other banks even recieving their BACS yet? We were still charged for both reversals! I have tried to contact her via email, but no response. I have collected my bank statements and want an complain number to take this matter further and claim back what belongs to me?
