Great service and efficiency

I would just like to take this time to compliment First for Women and specifically Tyrone Trivett on the exceptional and fantastic service that he provided to me today 30 July 2013 regarding insurance for my new car. I filled in a quote online and barely submitted the request, when I was phoned and emailed with a preliminary quote. I did the same for another insurance provider and am still waiting to be called, after I also phoned them!!! From the very first second he was friendly and informative and explained everything to me efficiently. The service was so great I decided then and there not to get any more quotes from other providers, but to immediately commit to the offer provided. We definitely need more people like him in the service industry. He was just great and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves as he is an valuable asset to the company! Futhermore, I hope this phone call is an indication of the great service to be expected and to come in the years ahead from First for Women. Thank you!
