Incorrect Information Posted on ITC

My Husband and, are in the process of applying for a home loan and the bond originator supplied our application to most banks and Absa home loan (when checking credit record) decided to update my personal information on ITC with incorerct information that was not even on the applocation form like an address that i am no longer residing in for more than 5 years. Im just wondering what was the point of me filling in the applciations forms if they knew already. Im really not impresessed because my credit record reflcets different address which is not a true picture of my life.
