On 24 July I started entering my personal details onto the King Price website. Before I had clicked on any submit button I received a call from one of their representatives. Admittedly I was quite surprised at how quickly they had responded.
Over the last few days I realise that what they have ultimately done is track keystrokes which is alarming given the amount of online we are experiencing in SA.
Secondly the agent has called twice since sending the quote. On the first occasion I informed him that I will contact him should I wish to take up his offer. Today I received a second call despite my instructions.
Call centre agents fail to realise that continually pestering people actually has an adverse effect on the customer's brand perception.
