I WENT TO A FNB BRANCH IN SUNNINGHILL TO REQUEST FOR A REVERSAL I WAS ADVISED THAT THE MONEY WOULD REFLECT IN MY BANK IN AN HOUR, TRIED TO CALL THE BRANCH MORE THAT ONCE BUT WAS TOLD THAT THE BRANCH MANAGER WAS OUT OF THE OFFICE, I REALLY NEED THIS MONEY AND I EXPECTED IT TO BE IN MY BANK ACCOUNT IN 10 MINUTES AS I DOES NOT TAKE THAT LONG FOR THEM TO DO THE REVERSAL, THE WAS ANSWERED BY BY A LADY WHO KEPT TELLING ME THAT THERE WERE WORKING ON IT. THIS IS SUCH BAD SERVICES
