Vehicle insurance without consent

My name is Ambros Sipho Thomo . have a current acc with std bank and had problems with it because as from April a large amount of money was debited from my acc to pay this insurance .very time my salary comes in they take all of it to pay the insurance that - r10000 .his caused me to suffer so much where i had to walk 4 hours distance to work everyday for 7 months .sleep without food and even got kicked out of the house i was renting because i had no money to pay the rent anymore . went to std bank to find out why im being debited so much money and they adv that the oakhurst ins are the one debiting my acc.after had no way forward.my girlfriend assisted me on the 17072013. she called the insurance company and spoke to the consultant who opened this insurance and she adv that the insurance was opened for two card a 2009 ford bantam 1.3ixla/cp/us/c (tba) and 2007 audi a4 2. (b7)(tba) and both of these cars dont belong to me .the cell no they contacted is 072 6251 893 and its not mine.i want the consultant to provide me with the VIN no or reg no of the car she refuses.i want all my money back .zanele nkosi is the consultant who opened this policy her office number is 0118128152.
