I requested an online quote for car and household insurance and within 10min I received a call from Mr. Martin to talk me through everything and supply me with the best deal that he was able to give me. He had excellent telephone manners, conversed in my home language and made me feel relaxed and comforable knowing that he knew what he was doing and that he had my best interests at heart.
Within minutes of our conversation he had sent me an outline of costs for my specific needs and provided me with all the necessary contact information if I needed any further information.
