Why wasn't I told

This morning I had my credit card debited under a budget instalment that I had no idea about. Absa Bank, yes I imagine you thought that since I getting notifying smses it should be fine. Well if you check you system you see that I got "notify" only this month so I had no idea you were debiting me until this month. That I feel is shady behavior for a world class bank such as your self, if you can call me about putting up my credit, you can call me to let me know that I'm on some kind of a budget!!!
