Wesbank made mistake now I must pay!

This is a 2nd time I financed my car with Wesbank, but this time around its a hassle! I bought a car thru VW in February 2012, nd they had a special of paying after 30days plus, but came monthend thy deducted on my account only to put me into arrears, thy jeopardised my account as all other debits couldn't go through and I had to pay the bank about R460 for insufficient funds, I ws receiving calls non-stop tht my account is in arrears and I asked if I can cancel the contract coz I could see it wasn't gona b a smooth ride but thy told me I signed the contract for 5years so I can't. After some time it was resolved. I thn went on a two month unpaid leave and foned Wesbank to arrange payments of 50% fr tht period, thy agreed without telling me I will accumulate costs, nw I am facing a huge debt of arrears which increases monthly and when I explained to thm I was never told of the arrears in the first place the lady I spoke to just said she's sorry I wsnt informed, nd I should start paying coz the system accumulates interest monthly.!! Can u believe it.!
My advive to other consumers out there please use other competent and reliable banks for finance not Wesbank.
