I have a personal loan protestion policy with standardbank. Recencly I logged on the insurance online site to check my policies and found that on my policy schedule of personal loan protection plan I have an outstanding amount of -R 402.14 . I went to the bank to enquire about it and no one manage to help me. I went to trade route, maponya and jabulani branches and could not get held. I tried the call centre still no help. I also sent them a massage on their insurance online side and got no reply.
