Lack of response

Anyone wanting to take an insurance policy with Auto and General please consider the following;
I had hail damage to my vehicle in October 2012. I have taken my vehicle to A&G's panel beaters with some horific experiences. My vehicle has spent around 3months with their panel beaters and is still not in a satisfactory state. My most recent efforts in contacting A&G has fallen on deaf ears. From the top to the bottom I think this is a pathetic, useless bunch that won't even afford you the decency of returning a call. They are quick to increase premiums but give you the same fncken service. Soon it will be a year since my incident.

PLEASE DONT GO NEAR THIS LOT.
