Why be a Private Client customer?

I have 8 bonds with Absa - I needed to log 3 different calls to obtain the bonds - even after i've received my reference number they still did not send the correct information -and i needed to follow up again... hold and then only to have my call dropped...

Why be a private client, pay the premium, but get service like this??!
