Now thats what i call service

Its good to know that we are surrounded with good people and a company that cares for their customers. I recently reviewed my policy schedule because i had a tracker system installed so i called Miway and i was really taken by the consultant that had spoken to me. She was so polite and friendly, it took me less than 5 minutes and she had already sent through the new updated policy schedule documents. Her telephone skills and manners were impecable. To top it off she assisted in reducing my montly premium which was an added bonus. Its been quite a while since i have experienced impressive customer service and to Innocentia i take my hat off. Thank you for putting a smile on my face, even if its just 1 person i just want you to know that you have touched a life today.
