Don't Issue IRP5

I would like to complete my taxes. I spent over 40 minutes on the phone with Old Mutual trying to get my IRP 5 out of them in order to finalise this. As they have issued an IRP 5 too SARS - I do not understand how come they cannot issue me with one? Everyone that I speak to keeps on passing the buck! I am of this now and just want my IRP5 to be issued so that I can finalise my affairs. Come on Old Mutual - you have had 4 months to do this what is the problem now???
