Unkept promises

Payport does not keep its promises, I have paid them in full but still my sim card is not active and its not on prepaid. I was promised that my sim card will be activated as soon as I pay the oustandind balance which I did and It was their fault from the beginning that I was overdue. I want my sim card to be activated and on prepaid as soon as posible.
