If we cannot beat you current insurance

Outsurance promises to pay you R400 if they cannot to beat your current insurance premium. they were consequently unable to beat my insurance premium. I was referred to a site to complete my details. I dully complied. The screen prompt would not upload my information after completion. I tried about 3 times on seperate days in case they were experiencing technical problems but the problem still persisted. I then came to the conclusion that this whole claim is just for advertising and they will not pay you.
